Because who doesn’t love dessert right? This recipe is perfect for those who have a sweet tooth, but instead of a sugar high you get a protein hit!
These balls have enough energy to sustain you for hours from the healthy fats, not to mention the mouth-watering taste! Store them in the fridge in an air-tight container to snack on throughout the week. You can even take them to work or when you’re out and about to stay on track with your diet goals and avoid temptation for processed foods.
I made this recipe slightly different to usual ‘bliss balls’, by adding a dash of vanilla soy milk which makes the texture a bit softer to bite into. If you need to adjust the dryness and wetness of the ingredients, feel free to do so accordingly.
Get ready to melt when you taste these!
