Starting to see Charles Sims get his legs under him. Showed some nice burst after catching a short pass from Jameis Winston just now in today's Bucs OTA. I think we're gonna see a lot more of him in the short passing game this year. The Bucs would be wise to use him more in the slot, playing to his strengths.
