Jets QB Bryce Petty, speaking at David Harris' charity golf outing, said his surgically repaired left (non-throwing) shoulder is full strength. He said he has been cleared to participate in OTA practices, which begin next week. Interesting note: Petty and QB Christian Hackenberg shared the same golf cart. At the end of the interview, a smiling Petty said expects to "take money" from Hackenberg on the course.
