Justice for Dreasjon “Sean” Reed

On May 6, 2020, my nephew, Dreasjon “Sean” Reed, was killed by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD). This fundraiser is to help support Dreasjon Reed’s mother, my sister, Demetree Wynn, as she takes on the fight of her life in finding justice for her only son.
As an officer stood above Dreasjon’s body and callously joked, “looks like it’s gonna be a closed casket, homie,” the world tuned in on Facebook Live. We were all appalled at the lack of humanity on full display and we remain appalled at the manner in which IMPD has chosen to investigate the killing of Dreasjon. They are keeping information from our family and the public and the truth must be told. We cannot look the other way. We cannot afford to lose any more lives. Demetree is a nurse, she takes care of people. She takes care of her family and never asks for help. So, today I am asking for help on behalf of Demetree. She is facing unprecedented challenges and needs financial support to help cover the expenses that have fallen in her lap as a result of her son being taken from her. Please help make sure she is well-equipped to fight back. I know she will appreciate any donation, no matter how big or small.
