Vance Joseph said Trevor Siemian will open the first team practice with the starters Thursday, but Joseph added Paxton Lynch and Siemian will largely alternate work with the starters in camp's early going. He said it would be "ideal" to have a decision before the third preseason game -- against Green Bay -- but emphasized that's not a deadline.
