US - Implementation Consultant
Consultants provide technical and functional support for the conversion and implementation of People products and related software. Consultants help ensure implementation deadlines are met, assists with scheduling issues and implementation hurdles.

For this implementation role, it is very helpful to have had HCM in your background as this is Sage's newest HCM offering, supporting Sage People.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze and configure the migration of company and colleague data to the new product
• Consult with customer to understand current processes and system configuration
• Provide training services to customers and partners around the implementation process
• Communication of planned tasks against project plans
• Conducts test processes under the new product or software to ensure proper functionality
• May also assist with other product testing

Qualifications and Requirements: (this section should include required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities as well as Credentials and Experience)
• BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of related work experience with business acumen in one or more functional areas such as Manufacturing, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing, Service Support, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll
• Superior organizational skills – able to self-manage assignments, travel arrangements etc.
• Strong working knowledge of business processes
• Strong communication [including written and presentations], active listening, relationship building

Preferred to have HCM implementation in background as well as exposure to Salesforce products and platform.
