Going back over Falcons injury situation, Dan Quinn called TE Austin Hooper (MCL) and RB Devonta Freeman (foot) longshots for this week but wouldn’t put a sure timetable on either player. Quinn denied report that Hooper will be out a month, and a source indicated to ESPN Hooper’s status is consider more “week to week” than anything, although he won’t play at Carolina on Sunday. Quinn said QB Matt Ryan would just do walkthrough stuff Wednesday after returning to action off a sprained ankle.
