DeAndre Hopkins did not practice again on Tuesday. He has not practiced since last Monday, though he did play in the Texans' preseason opener on Wednesday. On Monday, Bill O'Brien said Hopkins is "doing fine." "We've got him on a little bit of a pitch count, so to speak," O'Brien said.
